Ekso Inc., trading as Ekso Consulting (“Ekso Consulting”, “we”, “us”), publishes this notice to explain how we handle personal information collected through this website, eksoconsulting.com (the “Website”).

Information we collect

We collect personal information only when you choose to provide it — primarily through the audit-request form: your name, work email address, company, and any message you include. We also collect limited technical information automatically through our hosting provider: IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages viewed.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, to schedule and deliver consulting work, and to keep ordinary business records. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating our business, and on your consent where you have given it. We do not use your information for automated decision-making.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers to operate the Website and communicate with you, including Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Retention

We keep enquiry and correspondence data only for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where they do, they apply appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data-protection law.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it. To make a request, email privacy@eksoconsulting.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
